Application area
Castrol Molub-Alloy 2115 is a high-performance, high-temperature, synthetic bearing lubricant. It is formed on the basis of a special synthetic fluid and non-soap thickener, which is also thermally stable. Molub-Alloy 2115 includes a mixture of additives and Molub-Alloy-solid lubricants, which provides exceptional wear protection. Significantly increases the service life and lubrication interval.
Preliminarily developed to significantly increase the lubrication intervals in the bearings of furnace conveyors, Molub-Alloy 2115 is recommended for use in paint drying ovens, textile tensile frames of similar conditions, where a minimum amount of lubricant is required, which does not pick up at high temperatures, which contributes to a clean working space and minimizes maintenance costs and additional lubrication.
