Castrol Molub-Alloy ™ OG 936 SF Heavy (formerly known as Molub-Alloy ™ 936 SF Heavy) is an open gear lubricant specifically developed for use in heavy-duty mining and industrial equipment. .
Scope of application
All kinds of open gears, rails and rollers, gear racks and gears, bucket arms and other parts of mining equipment. The Molub-Alloy ™ OG 936 SF Heavy can be applied either manually or using powerful automation systems. This product is widely used in mining and construction equipment, equipment of coastal and offshore drilling rigs, providing effective lubrication and protection of: rack and pinion lifting systems; equipment of systems for moving drilling platforms; gearing and sliding surfaces of mooring winches; loading equipment of floating platforms; rotary rings and gears of crane installations; threads of pressure pipelines; wire ropes and ropes. The Molub-Alloy OG 936 SF Heavy complies with Bucyrus International SD 4713 (CAT) and Komatsu specifications for open gear lubricants.
Benefits
It was created taking into account environmental requirements - it contains no solvents, lead, antimony and barium. It forms a strong film with a "shock-absorbing" effect, even under extreme pressure and at very low speeds. The film is resistant to washing out by rain or wet snow, does not exfoliate in the presence of dust. The film does not collapse when oil and grease get from nearby mechanisms.
