Spheerol ™ EPLX 200 is a universal, high-quality lubricant based on mineral base oils and a thickener made of complex lithium soap, designed to provide the highest quality lubrication at high temperatures. They contain extreme pressure and antiwear additives, as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors.
Scope of application
Spheerol ™ EPLX 200 are intended for use in sliding and rolling bearings operating in the temperature range from -30 ° C to 150 ° C, for a short time up to 180 ° C, however, in such cases more frequent re-greasing is required. The scope includes industrial equipment operating both under ordinary conditions and at high temperatures, for example: paper machines, ventilation equipment, equipment for blowing drying chambers. Spheerol ™ EPLX 200 are also suitable for bearings operating under high loads and vibrations, for example: steel mills, construction equipment, axle box wheels.
