Application area
Castrol Perfecto HPT 46 is a high performance turbine oil specially formulated for industrial gas turbines where the lubricant can be exposed to very high local temperatures. They also have good water and air separation properties and are resistant to foaming, which is necessary for lubricating steam turbines, which makes them the preferred choice for combined cycle generation systems where steam and gas turbines share a common oil supply.
