Castrol Rustilo DW 150 X (formerly Castrol SafeCoat DW 15 X) is a high-quality anti-corrosion solvent with excellent dewatering properties. After evaporation of the solvent, the product is obtained from an ultrathin oil protective film.

Scope of application

Castrol Rustilo DW 150 X (Castrol SafeCoat DW 15 X) quickly removes water from components after galvanizing processes, machining with soluble coolant or parts that have been washed.
The product can displace water from very complex aggregates and components.
A very thin residual film provides effective short-term and medium-term corrosion protection during intermediate storage or transportation.
Although Castrol Rustilo DW 150 X can be applied by brushing or spraying, its dewatering effect is most effective if the items to be protected can be lowered into the immersion tank.
