Castrol Tribol CH ™ 1430 Spray (formerly called Tribol 1430 Spray) High Temperature Chain Oil is an aromatic ester lubricant for the lubrication of oven chains.
Application area
Tribol 1430 high temperature chain oil is especially recommended for chain lubrication at temperatures up to 240 ° C with a short-term maximum temperature of 270 ° C. It is used for lubricating furnace chains in lithographic printers and in the paint industry, as well as in drying cabinets in the automotive industry.
Benefits
- Good evaporation performance Tribol 1430 Spray can often reduce the amount of lubricant used or extend the interval between reapplication;
- Reduced application areas minimize contamination due to dripping or “blowing”;
- Excellent liquid films and anti-wear properties control chain wear;
- Self-cleaning action practically eliminates the need to stop production for periodic cleaning of some equipment;
- Tribol 1430 Spray also tends to dissolve and facilitate the removal of carbon residues left behind by previous lubricants;
- The risk of fire and explosion is greatly reduced. The ignition temperature is much higher than the temperature of petroleum products;
- Low properties of the formation of residues - any residues formed remain fluid and have lubricating properties;
- Compatible with the following sealing materials: fluoroelastomers, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber (with more than 30%, acrylonitrile) and EPDM elastomers;
- Excellent wetting and adhesive properties;
- Cost reduction can be achieved by reducing friction, increasing lubrication cycles, reducing pollution, reducing downtime during repair and maintenance, and a longer service life of machine parts.
