It is a low-boiling colorless gasoline fraction of oil distillation and belongs to the group of solvent gasolines.
There is no exact formula for gasoline galoshes, because it is a mixture of aromatic and linear hydrocarbons, and not a pure chemical substance. Today, both gasoline-galosh and gasoline-galosh are working common names of Nefras C2-80 / 120 (belongs to the group of low-volatile materials).
It was widely used in the rubber and paint and varnish industries due to the fact that it has a high dissolving ability, quickly evaporates and does not leave a smell.
Designed gasoline-galosh for dilution and dilution of varnishes, enamels, bitumen and oil paints, used for washing metal products, in the manufacture of rubber adhesives and mastics. It is also used for degreasing fabrics and electrical equipment that are designed for bonding.
