Application area
- lubrication of rollers, raceways and rims of the outer rings - 80 ± 10 g per 1 axle box;
- lubrication of the landing surface of the axle box body and the surface of the outer rings - 30 + 5 g per 1 axle box;
- lubrication of the inner surface of the covers of the mounting and inspection, cylindrical landing surface of the cover of the mounting and the corresponding surface of the axle box housing, bolts M20 of fastening of the mounting cap and holes for them, bolts M12 of the inspection cover and holes for them - 15 ± 5 g per 1 axle box
- during the current repair of wheelsets (ordinary inspection) for lubrication of M12 bolts and holes for them;
- after washing the wheelsets during storage of more than one, but less than ten days, for lubrication of the rings of the inner and labyrinth rings, in the absence of necks and pre-access axle parts, axle box parts and inner landing surfaces of axle box housings.
The EMPI-1 modifier preparation is used for axle box units of wagons with cylindrical bearings.
