Kluber Isoflex NBU 15 is a high speed grease with good resistance to stress. It contains ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a barium complex thickener. It provides good resistance to wear and corrosion, resistant to water, the influence of aggressive environments, oxidation. Kluber ISOFLEX NBU 15 is designed for the lubrication of high-speed rolling and sliding bearings, for example, spindle bearings in machine tools and textile machines, ball screw pairs subject to high loads.
Application area
Lubrication is also used for long-term lubrication of cableway bearings and gear teeth in precision gearboxes (e.g. bevel gearboxes, electromechanical valve actuators). Operating temperature range: from - 40 ° С to + 130 ° С.
It is applied with a brush, spatula, grease gun. Due to the variety of different elastomers and plastics, it is recommended to check their compatibility with the lubricant before serial use.
