Kluberpaste 46 MR 401 is a white multi-purpose grease paste developed on the basis of polyalkylene glycol, solid grease and lithium soap.
This grease is suitable for long-term grease and grease for the entire service life, as an assembly grease and for lubrication of friction units subject to fretting corrosion.
This grease has a wide operating temperature range from –40 to 150 ° C, is neutral with respect to non-ferrous metals, many plastics and rubbers, and has good bearing capacity.
Scope of application
Kluberpaste 46 MR 401 is suitable for use as an assembly paste in pressing operations and as a thin lubricating film for all friction units subject to very high pressure, low sliding speeds, high wear, jerking, vibrational movements, vibration due to tribocorrosion.
The scope of application of the paste includes: pressing bolts and studs, mounting roller bearings, wheels and flanges, lubricating sliding and rolling bearings operating at very low speeds, for threading spindles, spline shafts and adjusting nuts to prevent damage during break-in and intermittent movement; for swivel joints, threaded joints, rotary seals (O-rings, V-rings, cuffs) made of rubber materials to extend service life.
