Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature lubricant containing ester, as well as perfluorinated polyester oils (PFPE) and Klubersynth BH 72-422, a thickener made of PTFE.
This grease holds the oil well at high temperature and is thermally stable, which allows Klubersynth BH 72-422 to increase relubrication intervals at operating temperatures from 160 to 220 ° C.
A feature of the Klubersynth BH 72-422 cost reduction is that its density is approx. 1/3 lower than that of greases based on PFPE, which leads to a higher volumetric yield.
Benefits
- Longer service life compared to conventional ester based greases, since the grease contains PFPE oil that is extremely resistant to aging.
- The patented hybrid lubrication technology entails a significantly lower consumption cost than perfluorinated polyester greases
- Miscibility with all common types of greases allows shifting without cleaning
- Low density product for high volumetric yield compared to fully fluorinated greases
