Kluberoil 4 UH1 N is a polyalphaolefin based oil. In addition to their high seizure resistance, these oils also show good wear protection for rolling bearings in the FAG FE8 test. Kluberoil 4 UH1 N oils show good performance at low temperatures, good corrosion protection and resistance to aging and oxidation. They are characterized by shear resistance and low foaming.
Application area
Kluberoil 4 UH1 N oils are NSF H1 registered and comply with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. These lubricants are designed for unexpected contact with food and packaging in the food and cosmetic industries, in the manufacture of medical supplies and animal feed. The use of Kluberoil 4 UH1 N contributes to improving the reliability of your production processes. However, we recommend additionally conducting a risk analysis, e.g. in accordance with the requirements of HACCP.

- The requirements of DIN 51517-3, CLP are fulfilled for viscosity classes from ISO VG 68 to 680. Gearboxes meeting these requirements can be converted to Kluberoil 4 UH1 N oils without any additional request from the equipment manufacturer, taking into account general operating instructions;
