SOZH LUKOIL INSO F5 - low-viscosity oil coolant based on modern Group III + oils and synthetic esters. The product was formulated to meet the highest lubricant requirements for high speed abrasive operations. It is suitable for all types of abrasives, including CBN wheels, and the excellent thermo-oxidative stability of the product allows it to be used up to 3 times longer, in comparison with conventional grinding and honing oils. The product contains modern silicone-free surfactants, which act as defoamers, deaerators and demulsifiers. In view of this, the product has excellent anti-foam characteristics, and at the same time it perfectly separates water, maintaining its properties for as long as possible.
Application area
SOZH LUKOIL INSO F5 is particularly suitable for honing and superfinishing operations. It can be used in centralized systems and in machines with an individual coolant supply system. A distinctive feature of the product is full compatibility with all metals and high conservation properties due to the introduction of fully synthetic passivators in the formulation, forming a dense sorption film. This allows you to effectively protect the processed parts for the period of interoperational storage and thereby significantly reduce the cost of marriage.
