LUKOIL LEYER - universal molding oils that facilitate the removal of concrete products from molds during casting. Produced on the basis of highly refined mineral base oil and a carefully selected multi-functional additive package. LUKOIL LEYER series oils have good lubricating and anti-corrosion properties. They have enhanced adhesion with formwork and mold materials to form a reliable lubricating film.

LUKOIL LAYER is  used mainly in the manufacture of products from heavy concrete and monolithic construction.

LUKOIL LAYER is a universal product for the manufacture of concrete elements in wooden, steel or plastic formwork.

LUKOIL LEYER  is used in the manufacture of products from porous concrete, foam and aerated concrete.

LUKOIL LEYER oils are applied with a brush, roller or brush evenly, with a thin layer, without the formation of oil puddles. If the amount of oil applied is too much, the concrete surface may become darkish, stained and porous. In order to reduce oil consumption during the production process, it is recommended to apply oil using a spray gun. To facilitate the work and optimize oil consumption during application by spraying, it is recommended to preheat the oil to a temperature of +50 ° С - +60 ° С.

The use of LUKOIL LEYER oil minimizes the amount of rejects, prevents chips, cracks and improves productivity.
