Graphite grease - general purpose calcium grease, with a working temperature range from minus 20 ° С to plus 70 ° С; it is allowed to use grease at temperatures below minus 20 ° C in springs and similar devices. Graphite grease is made on the basis of a mixture of high-quality petroleum oils, thickened with calcium soap with the addition of graphite as a filler to improve performance.
Application area
Graphite grease is used to lubricate the sliding friction units of heavily loaded low-speed mechanisms (jacks, springs, suspensions of tractors and machines, open gears, threaded joints, etc.) operating at temperatures from minus 20 ° С to plus 70 ° С.
Benefits
- Excellent adhesion properties of the lubricant can significantly reduce the intervals for changing the lubricant;
- Good anti-corrosion and protective properties of the lubricant can significantly extend the life of the equipment;
- Good antiwear and extreme pressure properties increase the equipment overhaul;
- The increased water resistance of the grease makes it possible to use it in open mechanisms;
- The grease is operable in a wide temperature range, which makes it possible to use it in any weather conditions.
