The Saturn VNIINP-503 grease provides a low friction moment and high stability of the operation parameters of high-speed ball bearings of low-power precision instruments operating at contact loads of up to 2 × 109 Pa. It is efficient at temperatures from −60 to 120 ° C.
Application area
It is used in low-power devices and gyroscopes. It is characterized by a low friction moment and high stability during long-term operation; it allows the product to be degassed at temperatures up to 90 ° C.
Saturn grease, as well as VNII NP-543 grease, allows degassing of the product at temperatures up to 90 ° C. At a higher degassing temperature (and a minimum application temperature of about -60 ° C), it is necessary to use other lubricants (Orbit, VNII NP-274 or VNII NP-559).
