Supercontact grease is designed for direct connection of copper contact parts with aluminum busbars and cable leads, as a replacement for transitional copper-aluminum plates, gaskets, cladding and spraying. This eliminates chemical reactions leading to contact disruption.
Application area
The use of superconducting lubricant SuperCont allows, with minimal compression, to reduce the resistance of new, freshly cleaned contacts by 2-2.5 times, while maintaining this contact resistance for 5 years. Without the use of conductive lubricant SuperCont, the resistance of aluminum contacts after a year of operation increases by 5-10 times, and accordingly, losses of electric energy in each contact connection not lubricated by SuperCont increase 5-10 times. Supercontact grease is equally highly effective when used in contacts made of any other conductive materials and in any combinations thereof, including those forming galvanic couples (aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-steel, steel-copper, zinc, etc.). Unlike conventional contact lubricants (TsIATIM 201, TsIATIM 221, solid oil, petroleum jelly, EPS-98), Supercontact grease has an active multi-stage corrosion protection in the temperature range from -60 to + 350 ° C and, for a short time, even higher, which provides full compliance of the contacts with the requirements of safe operation in accordance with GOST 10434-82, including reliability (heating to 400 ° C)
