VNIINP-274 grease (GOST 19337-73) - hydrocracking and hydroisomerization oils, thickened with lithium soap of stearic acid and acids of hydrogenated castor oil; contains antioxidant and extreme pressure additives. VNIINP 274 grease has low volatility, high thermal and mechanical stability, frost and oxygen resistance. VNIINP-274 grease is efficient in vacuum up to 10 μPa and at a temperature of -80 ... + 120 ° С.

Application area

Designed for special high-speed ball bearings with speeds up to 60,000 rpm, plain bearings and low-power gears. Substitute - VNIINP-228.

Benefits

• It is compatible with almost any non-ferrous and ferrous metals, rubbers, polymers and alloys. Water resistant;
• It is insoluble in acids, alcohols, alkalis, hydrocarbons, etc. It is inert to strong oxidizing agents such as fuming nitric and sulfuric acids, to nitrogen oxides, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, amines, hydrazines. Slightly soluble in ammonia;
• The only solvent for SK-2-06 lubricant is Freon-113 or other low molecular weight fluorocarbon fluids;
• Stand with limited contact with oxygen (in threaded joints) under pressure up to 30 MPa (300 kgf / cm2) and 60 ° С. At an oxygen concentration of up to 50%, it is resistant to pressure up to 100 MPa;
• In the case of contact with oxygen on an open surface, SK-2-06 grease is used without restrictions with oxygen pressure up to 1.6 MPa. If the pressure reaches 16 MPa, the thickness of the open lubricant layer should not exceed 50 microns;
• By properties and purpose, SK-2-06 grease is close to VNIINP-282 grease, which in some cases can be used as a substitute for it.
