Application area
VNIINP-242 grease (GOST 20421-75) - a mixture of petroleum oils thickened with lithium stearate; contains antioxidant additive and molybdenum disulfide. Main operational characteristics: waterproof, good antiwear properties and low evaporation, satisfactory mechanical stability. It is efficient at a temperature of -30 ... + 110 ° С and humidity up to 98%. They are used in rolling bearings of horizontal shipboard electric machines
