IPM-10 synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a complex of highly effective additives. It is efficient in the temperature range from -50 to + 200 ° С. They are used in heat-stressed gas turbine engines of military and civil aviation with an oil temperature of up to 200 ° C at the engine outlet, as well as in aircraft turbo-refrigerators as a unified oil grade and in other units, in particular, gas pumping units driven by an aircraft engine. Can be used for short-term preservation. IPM-10 oil is packaged in tin cans of 15 kg each.
Turbonikoil 210A oil is an analog of IPM-10 oil. Manufactured using the original technology of NYCO Joint Stock Company using modern quality control methods. TURBONIKOIL 210A oil is packaged in dry and clean barrels with a capacity of 50 and 215l. or cans with a capacity of 20l. Corks on barrels are rolled up with special airtight lids.
Application area
IPM-10 is used in heat-stressed gas turbine engines of military and civil aviation with an oil temperature of up to 200 ° C at the engine exit (civil aviation aircraft Il-62, IL-86, Tu-134, Tu-154, Yak-42, An-12 AN-24, AN-26, An-30), in air power plants (APU) TA-6 (A), TA-8, TA-12, TA-8V, turbo-refrigerators (TCU), as well as in gas pumping units driven by an aircraft engine.
Benefits
- high thermal stability and resistance to oxidation (absence of unsaturated hydrocarbons);
- low pour point (due to the lack of linear paraffins);
- insignificant coking ability and volatility due to uniformity of composition.
