INSp-110 - (TU 0253-007-00151911-93) - distillate, residual and a mixture of distillate and residual oil from selective sulfur sulfide oils, containing anti-hop, anti-seize, adhesive, solubilizing and anti-foam additives.
Application area
They are used to lubricate the sliding and rolling guides of metal-cutting machines, gear drives of the screw-nut of machines of special high precision, programmed, heavy and others, where uniformity of slow movements, accuracy and sensitivity of installation movements of tables, calipers, sliders, headstands, racks and others are required nodes, and also where it is necessary to reduce the level of friction coefficients in static and kinetic conditions. In addition to the main purpose, ANSP oils can be used to lubricate other machine components, such as gears and worm gears, pins, cams, ratchet mechanisms. Oil INSp-110 is used for vertical guides, as well as horizontal guides with vertical faces of a large area.
