Mobil Jet Oil II - a lubricant for aircraft gas turbine engines - is a combination of highly stable synthetic fluid used as a base with a unique additive package in terms of chemical composition. This combination provides excellent thermal and oxidation stability of the oil, which in turn reduces the aging of the oil, the formation of sediment in both the liquid and vapor phases, as well as the tendency to foam.

Application area

Mobil Jet Oil II is recommended for aircraft gas turbine engines: turbojet, turbofan, turboprop and turboprop (in helicopters) in civil and military aviation. It is also recommended for aviation-type gas turbine units used in industry and on ships. Mobil Jet Oil II complies with the specifications MIL-PRF-23699F-STD, NATO 0-156, DERD 2499 and DEF-STAN 91-101. In addition, the oil is approved for use in their products by the following manufacturers of engines and accessories.
