UNIREX ™ N lubricants are premium lithium based products designed for use in high temperature rolling bearings. These universal lubricants can be used in various industrial equipment; in particular, they are recommended for lubrication of motor bearings.
The Unirex N 2 product is NLGI class 2 lubricant, and in most cases it is preferable to pack it manually or with a syringe. UNIREX N 3 is a NLGI Class 3 lubricant, and is often intended for specific applications, such as fully sealed, grease-filled bearings, vertically mounted bearings, and higher speed units. UNIREX N lubricants are not intended to be used in potentially bursting conditions when additional welding properties are required.
UNIREX N 2 grease complies with the requirements of DIN 51825 - K2N - 20L and ISO L-XBDHA 2 lubricants.
UNIREX N 3 grease complies with the requirements of DIN 51825 - K3N - 20L and ISO L-XBDHA 3 lubricants.
Advantages

Scope of application

In most cases, the application of UNIREX N grease involves manual application methods. Even though the UNIREX N 2 product is suitable for use in automatic centralized systems, the properties and benefits of UNIREX N lubricants such as long service life will not be relevant to equipment serviced by such systems, since one of the functions of automatic systems is to replenish the lubricant. at relatively short time intervals.
