Mobil UNIREX N 3 (Code: )

UNIREX ™ N lubricants are premium lithium based products designed for use in high temperature rolling bearings. These universal lubricants can be used in various industrial equipment; in particular, they are recommended for lubrication of motor bearings.
The Unirex N 2 product is NLGI class 2 lubricant, and in most cases it is preferable to pack it manually or with a syringe. UNIREX N 3 is a NLGI Class 3 lubricant, and is often intended for specific applications, such as fully sealed, grease-filled bearings, vertically mounted bearings, and higher speed units. UNIREX N lubricants are not intended to be used in potentially bursting conditions when additional welding properties are required.
UNIREX N 2 grease complies with the requirements of DIN 51825 - K2N - 20L and ISO L-XBDHA 2 lubricants.
UNIREX N 3 grease complies with the requirements of DIN 51825 - K3N - 20L and ISO L-XBDHA 3 lubricants.

Advantages

  • The lithium complex thickener is resistant to softening / leakage from bearings at temperatures up to 190 ° C.
  • Bench bench tests in the laboratory have shown excellent lubrication efficiency with long operating modes and bearing temperatures up to 140 ° C;
  • The required starting power is low at temperatures down to -20 ° C. Meets DIN 51825 requirements for low-torque torque (-20 ° C);
  • Has excellent resistance to softening during machining;
  • Excellent performance at high temperatures;
  • The high heat dissipation capability ensures excellent performance in high-speed ball-bearing radial bearings. Unirex N3 grease is recommended when DmN (average bearing diameter X rpm) exceeds 360000.

 Scope of application

UNIREX N 2 is a NLGI Class 2 lubricant, and in most cases it is preferable to pack it manually or with a lubricant. UNIREX N 2 lubricant is recommended for greasing motors. It is suitable for NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) motors with insulation class A, B and F.
UNIREX N 3 is a NLGI grade 3 lubricant, and is often intended for specific applications, such as fully sealed, grease-filled bearings, vertically mounted bearings, and higher speed nodes

 In most cases, the application of UNIREX N grease involves manual application methods. Even though the UNIREX N 2 product is suitable for use in automatic centralized systems, the properties and benefits of UNIREX N lubricants such as long service life will not be relevant to equipment serviced by such systems, since one of the functions of automatic systems is to replenish the lubricant. at relatively short time intervals. The use of UNIREX N 3 in such systems is not appropriate.
