Mobil Genrex 322 (Code: )

Mobil Genrex 322 is a universal oil for hydraulic systems of cold rolling mills, in which hydraulic fluid contaminating the cutting fluid may leak.

Scope of application

• Mobil Genrex 322 is recommended for use in all types of cold rolling hydraulic systems;
• Genrex 322 is a fully synthetic product. It protects hydraulic systems from wear, corrosion and deposits and can be used in low, medium and high pressure hydraulic systems and hydraulic servo systems;
• It has good ability to separate air and good demulsifying ability. It can be used for rolling stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, including copper and aluminum;
• Genrex 322 has a very high viscosity index and is resistant to shear loads, which provides good performance in the entire temperature range of application. According to tests on the Vickers V-104 C pump, its characteristics are close to those of HLP brand hydraulic oil.
