Univis HVIs are highly effective antiwear industrial oils with an exceptionally high viscosity index. They are designed to ensure the stability of viscosity parameters and performance properties when used in a wide temperature range. Due to their resistance to viscosity changes, Univis HVI oils are recommended, for example, for hydraulic systems operating in conditions of significant temperature changes. Such systems are usually sensitive to changes in the viscosity of the oils used, since their accuracy depends on the stability of the viscosity parameters. Univis HVI oils have optimum fluidity at low temperatures; They are resistant to shear and viscosity loss. These properties ensure the performance of the lubricated equipment, for example, due to the reduction to minimum values ​​of internal leaks in the pump under such severe operating conditions as high operating temperatures and pressures. These high-quality oils also provide very reliable wear protection for vane, piston and gear pumps. Univis HVI oils have excellent oxidative stability, which reduces deposits and improves pump and valve performance. Univis HVI oils were developed together with leading equipment manufacturers in order to best meet the most stringent requirements for lubricants, for example, for critical hydraulic systems, including high pressure pumps. Compliance with critical requirements of other components of the hydraulic system and compatibility with them are also important.
