Zinc-free synthetic hydraulic oil is especially suitable for heavy-duty, high-pressure hydraulic systems operating in a very wide temperature range, from winter frosts to hot summer conditions. Typical applications include earthmoving and forestry machines, truck hydraulic systems, port equipment and ship deck hydraulic systems.

• High viscosity index
  Teboil Hydraulic Oil SHV 46 hydraulic oils have a very high viscosity index (VI), which guarantees a minimum change in viscosity with temperature and allows the use of this hydraulic fluid in various, even very difficult, climatic conditions.
• Extended service life
  The use of high-quality synthetic base oil in combination with the new package of ash-free antiwear additives ensures an ultra-high service life of this product even in the most difficult conditions of equipment operation.
• Wear protection
  The product provides a high degree of wear protection both in hydraulic systems of modern designs and in older ones, including those with silver-plated surfaces.
• Filterability
  The filterability of Teboil Hydraulic Oil 10W is significantly improved compared to conventional motor oils that can be used in hydraulic systems.
• Chemical stability
  The use of ashless additives that are more resistant to hydrolysis (destruction by water) made it possible to enhance the stability of the oil in the presence of water, it does not lose working capacity and, thanks to the powerful inhibitors that are included in the additive package, inhibits corrosion and rusting.
• Oxidation resistance
  The oil has excellent stability under extreme loads and temperatures, does not form sludge and other deposits, i.e. Helps maintain cleanliness in the hydraulic system, thereby reducing the risk of failure.
• Air separation
  The ability to quickly separate the air many times reduces the risk of such a negative phenomenon as cavitation, thereby prolonging the life of hydraulic pumps.
• Reduced density
  The density of the product is significantly lower than that of mineral oils. This means that 1 kg of oil contains more liters. It also means that the efficiency of the equipment increases when lighter fluid flows in the hydraulic hoses. Air separation improves and the tendency to foaming is reduced.
