Oils designed specifically for reciprocating compressors. They are characterized by excellent antioxidant properties and low carbon formation at high temperatures.
Benefits
Specially selected mineral base oils, reinforced with ashless antioxidant additives, ensure long-term use of the lubricant, a minimum level of deposits on the valves and pistons. The low tendency to carbonization in the discharge lines, at high temperatures (up to 220 ° C), minimizes the risk of fire during operation, which is very important for the safe operation of reciprocating compressors.
In the presence of water, the oil does not lose working capacity and, thanks to the powerful inhibitors that are included in the additive package, inhibits corrosion and rusting.
- Diaration and anti-foam properties;
Oils quickly separate air and have low foaming.
Lubricants have good demulsifying properties, which contributes to the rapid separation of water in separators and dehumidifiers.
The ability to quickly separate the air many times reduces the risk of such a negative phenomenon as cavitation, thereby prolonging the life of hydraulic pumps.
- Compatibility with seals;
Mineral-based oils are perfectly compatible with the materials from which most seals in air compressors are made.
Application area
Teboil Compressor Oil P oils are recommended for single-stage and multi-stage reciprocating air compressors operating under severe conditions at constant high temperatures with outlet temperatures up to 220 ° C.
