Application area
VNIINP 232 paste is designed to facilitate the assembly, running-in and lubrication of the following parts:
- plain bearings;
- press fit;
- gear and screw joints;
- heavily loaded low-speed friction units;
- splined joints;
- threaded connections.
For lubrication of moving mechanisms (running threads and splined joints), the temperature regime of the lubricant should be no higher than + 300 ° С. For threaded connections that are stationary during operation of the unit, the lubricant temperature is 400 ° C.
After applying grease VNII NP 232 its dispersed base evaporates. As a result, a durable composite film is formed, which provides an increase in the resources of lubricated surfaces.
